At LitarelAI, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our digital products and services. As our payments are processed via Paddle (our Merchant of Record), we operate under a strict, transparent refund policy.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all initial subscription purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our Service, you are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days from your original purchase date—no questions asked.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for previously charged amounts.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.
  • Renewal charges (unless you requested cancellation prior to the renewal date and a system error occurred).
  • Accounts that have been terminated by us due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use abuse.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly at paddle.net/statement for instant billing support, or email our support team at rafi@litarelai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
