1. General Use and License
LitarelAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our SaaS platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
- Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding billing.
- Subscriptions: Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) based on your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
- Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which Paddle will calculate and add during checkout based on your local tax jurisdiction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of LitarelAI (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos) are the exclusive property of LitarelAI and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LitarelAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions arising from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with international business laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
